Introducing Gillian Pratt

Gillian Pratt

Team Leslie Bike Shop/Bikers Boutique

2013 was my best season so far finishing 1st in all Scottish series SXC races which lead to my 2nd year being master’s Scottish champ.

I also won 3 national races in nps series master ladies and was first in a pair at ten under the Ben.

I was then 2nd at the national champs in Glasgow very proud to add a silver British medal to my collection. Nothing makes me more proud than wearing my team kit and doing my best for my fab sponsors. I am so grateful for all the support.

I am stepping up a category to Expert which will bring new challenges and experiences and put me up against some very good females. I plan to race all SXC races in Scotland and as many NPS XC races I can manage. I hope to do well at 10 Under The Ben this year my first solo 10 hour event.

I am also mixing it up a bit this year with some Enduro races with my new Haibike Heet and maybe even something on the road, you never know! I will continue to train hard and achieve the best results possible for Team Leslie Bike Shop/Bikers Boutique.

I am looking forward to another exciting season and hope to get some good results. I am delighted to ride Haibike and cant thank Leslie Bike Shop/Bikers Boutique, Raleigh & Haibike enough!!

For Enduro Gillian will be riding the Heet SL – “Absolutely ideal bike for enduro races – kept me safe for my first race can’t fault it. Perfect travel adjustable seat post all the extras you need!”
For XC Gillian will be riding the Greed SL – “XC race weapon! It’s light and perfect for XC racing. Can’t wait to race it!”
